Year 2014..Day 1...my second blog..
As I thought today what I did on the first day of the year..I thought not to make resolutions..which are very unrealistic and never achieved... thought I would wake up early from today (01-01-2014) when sleeping yesterday at 1AM..I mean today morning 1 AM...and again woke up at 8 AM :)
We always think of what next, our future without even thinking what we are doing now to achieve it...seldom do we think to improve ourselves...in our thought process...even as I pen now, there are 100 more thoughts running inside my mind...
Its so tough to control our mental emotions, which at times if not handled correctly completely paralyzes the physical action and movements too...so how do we control our thoughts?? Possible...I learnt during one of my management classes that the toughest thing on this world is to "close your eyes and sit for 5 minutes"...without thinking anything!!
The more we control the more it bounces inside...the more we allow it to flow in the "right direction" focusing on one particular goal at a time...it flows in that direction...
/Have you ever wondered how much ever you think and plan sometimes...it still does not happen the way you think?? But sometimes, even with very less thinking, our gut instinct tells something, and few tasks get achieved just like that? With little or almost no effort...
Everything needs time, even our thoughts to mature along with our age, our interests in 20's is no more in 30's..our interest and priorities which we thought were important, hold hardly any importance in our later years...and our thought process keeps evolving, keep changing rapidly...
Focusing on the right achievable goals, becomes very important...because the mind goes only in the direction of those thoughts which we "feed". And the more we feed it, at equal intervals, the more it grows towards the goal...!
